The Dry Clean Company exercises the utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and uses industry-standard processes, which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual item. Nevertheless, we assume no liability or responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in all materials. However, all articles are accepted at customer risk. The Dry Clean Company! We will not be liable for damage arising due to the normal cleaning process. We accept no responsibility for color bleeding, shrinkage.

Any damage must be brought to notice within 24 hrs of receipt of the garment.

In case of misplaced or damaged garment,the maximum liability will be up to 6 time of the garment billing value in form of service credits.

Unclaimed garments will be safely kept with us for a maximum period of 30 days, after which The Dry Clean Company! Cannot be held liable for loss or any article. Also ,a safe keeping charge of Rs.5/- per piece per day will be charged post 15 days from the delivery date.

The Dry Clean Company is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal or non-cleaning article left in the clothing or bag such as money, jewellery or an article.

The Dry Clean Company! Accepts garments with stains on a best effort basis.There is no assurance for removal of these stains.

Home convenience is free as per our price list and an order cancellation charge of 15% will apply.
